Items purchased at the Bonvier Fashion Online Store may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receiving your original order. Return item(s) may not be worn or washed. 

If you are not satisfied with the fit, quality, color or size of an item, don't hesitate to return it and choose any item in another size or color. We will gladly replace any item that you're not completely happy with. 

We do not cover return shipping costs and take no responsibility for loss of garments being returned.

Tights, swimwear and lingerie are not allowed to be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons 

If you received the items that is not you ordered, please take some images and show to us, we will resend the right one to you immediately.
